ANA Holdings to Relocate Headquarters to YAESU CORE

ANA Holdings and All Nippon Airways (ANA) will relocate the headquarters functions of both companies, currently located at Shiodome City Center in Higashi-Shimbashi, Minato-ku, Tokyo, to YAESU CORE in Yaesu 2-chome, Chuo-ku, around spring 2030. Some of the group's functions will move to a new base being developed as part of the Tamachi Station West Exit Redevelopment Project in Shiba 5-chome, Minato-ku.
YAESU CORE is a mixed-use building under construction as part of the Yaesu 2-Chome Central District Category 1 Urban Redevelopment Project and is scheduled for completion at the end of January 2029. Honda Motor and Chugai Pharmaceutical will move their headquarters functions there, and IT consultancy North Sand and Copia, which operates financial education schools among other businesses, also plan to move in.
The new Tamachi base is a mixed-use building directly connected to Tamachi Station, on which Mitsui Fudosan, Morinaga Milk Industry and JR East began construction in October 2025, with completion scheduled for the end of March 2029. Morinaga Milk Industry plans to relocate its headquarters to some of the office floors, and a retail facility operated by JR East Group company Atre is scheduled to open on the first through third floors.
ANA Holdings posted record consolidated revenue of JPY 2,539.2 billion and record operating income of JPY 217.4 billion for the fiscal year ended March 2026, and under its medium-term corporate strategy for fiscal 2026-2028, it aims for operating income of JPY 250 billion in fiscal 2028. The two companies position the relocation as laying the foundation for the growth set out in that strategy.
