Copia To Relocate Headquarters to Yaesu 2-Chome Redevelopment Project

Copia Co., Ltd., which operates a financial education school and other businesses, will relocate its headquarters to the Yaesu 2-Chome Central District Type 1 Urban Redevelopment Project, currently under development in Chuo Ward, Tokyo. The company will move from its current headquarters at Shibaura Renasite Tower in Shibaura 3-chome, Minato Ward, with the relocation scheduled for fall 2029.
The destination is a large-scale development underway in front of Tokyo Station's Yaesu exit, with completion scheduled for the end of January 2029. The office portion will occupy the 11th through 38th floors, with a typical floor plate of more than 1,900 tsubo.
