North Sand to Relocate Headquarters to Yaesu 2-Chome Redevelopment in Fall 2029

North Sand, Inc. will relocate its headquarters in fall 2029 to the Yaesu 2-Chome Central District Type 1 Urban Redevelopment Project in Chuo Ward, Tokyo. The company’s current headquarters is located in Kabukiza Tower in Ginza. The decision reflects an expansion-driven relocation aimed at balancing continued business growth with an improved working environment.
Founded in 2015, North Sand is an IT and business consulting firm that listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Growth Market in November 2025. Based on its IPO offer price, the company’s market capitalization reached approximately JPY 77.3 billion, with total funds raised of around JPY 22.2 billion, making it one of the largest IPOs of 2025. Revenue grew rapidly from approximately JPY 4.4 billion in the fiscal year ended January 2023 to about JPY 16.4 billion in the fiscal year ended January 2025. Headcount also more than doubled in less than two years, increasing from 710 employees as of January 2024 to 1,646 as of the end of October 2025.
The relocation destination, the Yaesu 2-Chome Central District Type 1 Urban Redevelopment Project, is a large-scale high-rise mixed-use development with 43 floors above ground and three basement levels, reaching a height of approximately 227 meters. Completion is scheduled for January 2029. The project is located adjacent to the Yaesu side of JR Tokyo Station. Honda Motor Co., Ltd. is also scheduled to relocate its headquarters to the same redevelopment area in 2029, underscoring rising demand for large-scale office space in the Tokyo Station area.
