Daiwa House Industry Sells Ariake Rental Apartment, Retail Facility and Parking Buildings

Daiwa House Industry sold four buildings it developed in Ariake 1-chome, Koto-ku, Tokyo, on May 27, 2026: the rental apartment building Royal Parks Ariake, the retail facility minamoni Ariake and two parking buildings. Each building was placed in trust with Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking, and the trust beneficiary interests were transferred to Delta1 GK for the rental apartment building and to Delta2 GK for the retail facility and the two parking buildings.

Royal Parks Ariake is a nine-minute walk from Ariake-tennis-no-mori Station on the Yurikamome Line and a 14-minute walk from Kokusai-tenjijo Station on the Rinkai Line. The 15-story building has 642 units, the vast majority of which, 547, are 1LDK units, with 1K, 3LDK and 4LDK units also available.

minamoni Ariake is a four-story retail facility that opened on May 13. Anchored by the Belc supermarket, it houses a drugstore and a 100-yen shop, and a pediatric clinic and a postpartum care hotel are located on the third floor. The two adjacent multi-story parking buildings were also sold to Delta2 GK.

These buildings make up the residential and retail building complex that Daiwa House Industry developed as the (Tentative Name) Koto-ku Ariake 1-chome Project. The rental apartment building and one parking building were completed in January 2026, and the retail facility and the other parking building in March. All were sold within six months of completion.
