Seiwa Business To Relocate Headquarters to TOFROM YAESU TOWER

Seiwa Business announced on October 1, 2026, that it will relocate its headquarters to the 27th floor of TOFROM YAESU TOWER. The move is scheduled for April 2027. The current headquarters is on the sixth and seventh floors of Tokyo Tatemono Muromachi Building (Nihonbashi-Muromachi 4-chome, Chuo-ku), where the company has been located since 2003.

TOFROM YAESU TOWER was completed in February 2026 as part of the Tokyo Station-mae Yaesu 1-chome East B District redevelopment. In September, Tokyo Tatemono and GATES GROUP moved their headquarters into the building, and TerraSky and Rivasta also plan to relocate there in 2027.

Founded in 1962, Seiwa Business has 340 employees. In addition to its office solutions business, which handles office construction, it operates a procurement solutions business as an ASKUL agent and a specialized facility solutions business for educational, medical and research facilities. The company decided to relocate to improve employee engagement and strengthen its organizational capabilities and brand value.
