Open House Real Estate sold House of Warner, an office building in Minami-Aoyama 3-chome, Minato-ku, Tokyo, to Hong Kong-based Rose Versailles Limited in May 2026. The company had acquired the building in November 2025, for a holding period of approximately six months.
Completed in 1984, the three-story building has a typical floor plate of approximately 53 tsubo (approx. 1,900 sq. ft.). It is a five-minute walk from Gaiemmae Station on the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line. Formerly known as CUALZO Minami Aoyama, the building had its exterior and entrance renovated in 2018.
