TerraSky To Relocate Headquarters to TOFROM YAESU TOWER

TerraSky announced on September 29, 2026, that it will relocate its headquarters to floors 32 through 34 of TOFROM YAESU TOWER in Yaesu 1-chome, Chuo-ku, Tokyo. The move is scheduled for August 2027. The new office will have a total floor area of approximately 2,360 tsubo (approx. 84,000 sq. ft.), about twice the size of its current office. The current headquarters occupies floors 15 through 17 of Taiyo Life Nihonbashi Building in Nihonbashi 2-chome, Chuo-ku.

The destination is a large-scale mixed-use building directly connected to Tokyo Station that was completed in February 2026. Tokyo Tatemono, which participated in the redevelopment project, has moved its headquarters to floors 14 through 19, and GATES GROUP, which is engaged in real estate investment and other businesses, has moved its headquarters to the 43rd floor. Rivasta, a construction DX company, also plans to move its headquarters to the 35th floor in autumn 2027.

Founded in 2006, TerraSky supports corporate digital transformation as a Salesforce consulting partner. It decided to relocate to accommodate headcount growth accompanying its business expansion and to further accelerate its growth.
