Tokyo Tatemono will relocate its headquarters functions in fall 2026 to TOFROM YAESU TOWER, a new development created through the Yaesu 1-Chome East District Type B Urban Redevelopment Project in front of Tokyo Station. The company plans to occupy floors 14 through 19, with approximately 1,000 employees expected to work there. Currently, its headquarters functions are split across three locations in the Yaesu and Nihonbashi areas, and the relocation is intended to consolidate those operations. As the company is leading the development of the property, the move will place its headquarters in its flagship building.

TOFROM YAESU TOWER has a Gross Floor Area of approximately 225,000 sq. m (approx. 2,421,880 sq. ft.) and is part of a large-scale mixed-use redevelopment in a National Strategic Special Zone, featuring office space, retail, theater and conference facilities, a bus terminal, medical facilities, and more. The property is directly connected to the Yaesu Exit of Tokyo Station and will also serve as a major transportation hub.

In the Tokyo Station Yaesu area, Honda Motor Co. is also planning to relocate its headquarters during 2029 to the “Yaesu 2-Chome Central District Type 1 Urban Redevelopment Project.” As with Marunouchi and Otemachi, the east side of Tokyo Station is increasingly emerging as a new business hub, accelerating the concentration of major corporations.
