Rivasta, a construction DX company, will relocate its headquarters in fall 2027 to TOFROM YAESU TOWER (1-6-1 Yaesu, Chuo-ku, Tokyo). Its current headquarters is in Toyosu Prime Square (5-6-36 Toyosu, Koto-ku, Tokyo). By moving to a location directly connected to Tokyo Station, the company aims to encourage collaboration with stakeholders and strengthen its recruiting competitiveness.

Rivasta provides cloud-based services for the construction industry, including the electronic manifest service “e-reverse.com” for industrial waste disposal and the construction management platform “Buildee.” The company has been expanding its business amid growing demand for construction DX.

TOFROM YAESU TOWER, the company’s new location, is a large-scale mixed-use tower with 51 above-ground floors and four basement levels, with a gross floor area of about 68,000 tsubo (approx. 2,419,651 sq. ft.). It was completed in February 2026. The property is directly connected to the Yaesu Underground Mall at Tokyo Station and provides access to 28 rail lines serving six stations. Rivasta is scheduled to occupy the 35th floor.
