GATES GROUP to Relocate Headquarters to TOFROM YAESU TOWER

GATES GROUP, which operates a real estate investment business among others, announced on September 1, 2026, that it will relocate its headquarters to the 43rd floor of TOFROM YAESU TOWER in Yaesu 1-chome, Chuo-ku, Tokyo. Operations will begin on September 24, 2026. Its current headquarters is on the 34th floor of Sumitomo Realty & Development Shinjuku Grand Tower in Nishi-Shinjuku.

The destination is a large mixed-use building directly connected to Tokyo Station that was completed in February 2026. Tokyo Tatemono, which participated in the redevelopment project, will also move its headquarters functions to floors 14 through 19 on the same day as GATES GROUP. Rivasta, a construction technology company, plans to relocate its headquarters to the 35th floor in the fall of 2027, part of a string of headquarters moves drawing on the building's direct connection to Tokyo Station.

Building on its real estate business, GATES GROUP has expanded into renewable energy, finance and investment, and overseas operations, posting consolidated annual revenue of JPY 24.2 billion for the fiscal year ended December 2025. The company will consolidate its group companies at the new headquarters to strengthen collaboration across organizations and business lines.
