A.D.Works sold SNT Shibuya Building, an office building in Dogenzaka 1-chome, Shibuya Ward, Tokyo, in March 2026. The buyer was Clear Mind and Trust. A.D.Works had acquired the property in September 2025, making this a resale after approximately seven months.
