Yasuda Real Estate acquired Kuroko Building, an office building in Kanda-Nishikicho 2-chome, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, in May 2026. The seller was Frest, which brokers income-producing real estate among other businesses.
The property is a six-minute walk from Takebashi Station on the Tokyo Metro Tozai Line and an eight-minute walk from Kanda Station on the JR lines and Tokyo Metro Ginza Line. A dental clinic occupies the first floor, and the upper floors house tenants including a tax accountant's office.
The building had been co-owned by three individuals since an inheritance in 1996. Frest acquired the interests from all of the co-owners in March 2026 and sold the building after about two and a half months.
