Yasuda Real Estate started construction on September 30, 2026, on (Tentative Name) Chiyoda-ku Kanda-Nishikicho 2-5 Project, a rental apartment building it is developing in Kanda-Nishikicho 2-chome, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo. Completion is scheduled for the end of March 2028.
The site is approximately a six-minute walk from both Takebashi Station on the Tokyo Metro Tozai Line and Ogawamachi Station on the Toei Shinjuku Line, with access to six stations and six lines.
