Hoshino Resorts REIT to Acquire “Aqua Ignis” and “Yunoyama SOKI Kyo” in Mie Prefecture

Hoshino Resorts REIT, Inc. announced plans to acquire two resort properties in Komono Town, Mie Prefecture — the mixed-use hot spring resort Aqua Ignis and the accommodation facility Yunoyama SOKI Kyo. The total acquisition price is JPY 5,953 million, with the handover scheduled for November 4, 2025.

Both properties are located approximately an 8-minute walk from Yunoyama Onsen Station on the Kintetsu Yunoyama Line and about 3 kilometers from the Komono Interchange on the Shin-Meishin Expressway. Aqua Ignis was completed in September and October 2012 and comprises 19 guest rooms, while Yunoyama SOKI Kyo was completed in May and June 2020 with 12 guest rooms. The combined Gross Floor Area of the two facilities is approximately 6,011.07 square meters (approx. 64,740 sq. ft.).

After the acquisition, the properties will continue to be operated by Aqua Ignis Co., Ltd.
