Totsu Group Relocates Headquarters to Hibiya Central Building

Totsu Group relocated its headquarters office to the 17th floor of Hibiya Central Building in Nishi-Shimbashi 1-chome, Minato Ward, Tokyo, on June 5, 2026, and began operations there the same day. The company moved from LOF Workspace, a coworking space in Shimbashi 6-chome, as part of its organizational expansion.

The new headquarters, Hibiya Central Building, is an office building completed in 1983 and underwent a major renovation in 2024. It is located a one-minute walk from Uchisaiwaicho Station on the Toei Mita Line, in an area with a concentration of large-scale office buildings.

The group is a full-service real estate company engaged in real estate investment, revitalization and development, and asset management. As large-scale value-add rental series, it operates Totsu Residence for residential properties and Totsu Biz for office properties, with cumulative investment exceeding JPY 135.0 billion as of December 2025. The group has also set a medium-term plan targeting JPY 300.0 billion in assets under management by 2030, and is participating in the Shimbashi Station East Exit District Urban Redevelopment Preparatory Association as it expands its business domains. The latest relocation can be seen as a move to strengthen its headquarters functions in line with the expansion of its business areas and organization.
