JR Tokai Real Estate Acquires Rental Apartment Building in Ryogoku, Sumida Ward

JR Tokai Real Estate acquired Mayfair Ryogoku, a rental apartment building in Midori 2-chome, Sumida-ku, Tokyo, in September 2026. The seller was not disclosed, but Global Link Management had acquired the property from Daito Trust Asset Solution in January 2026.
The property is approximately a nine-minute walk from both Morishita Station on the Toei Shinjuku and Toei Oedo lines and Ryogoku Station on the Toei Oedo Line. Completed in 2005, the seven-story building comprises 17 residential units and one retail unit. Unit layouts are 1R, 1K and 2LDK.
The company acquired the property after assessing the area as offering good access to major central Tokyo districts and stable rental demand, mainly from single-person households. After the acquisition, it plans to renovate the common areas and some units in phases. In June 2026, the company also acquired Belleviage Morishita, a rental apartment building in Shin-Ohashi, Koto Ward, Tokyo (see related article: JR Tokai Real Estate Acquires Rental Apartment Property Two Minutes From Morishita Station in Koto Ward).
