JR Tokai Real Estate Acquires Rental Apartment Property Two Minutes From Morishita Station in Koto Ward

JR Tokai Real Estate acquired Belleviage Morishita, a rental apartment property in Shin-Ohashi, Koto Ward, Tokyo, in June 2026. The acquisition marks the company’s third rental apartment purchase.

The property is located along Shin-Ohashi-dori Avenue, a two-minute walk from Morishita Station on the Toei Shinjuku Line and Toei Oedo Line. The eight-story building consists of 21 units ranging from 1K to 3LDK layouts. Although the property was completed in 2002, Teikoku Real Estate renovated the common areas and some units in 2024, and JR Tokai Real Estate plans to renovate the remaining units in phases.

In recent years, the company has been developing its Avance rental housing series while also acquiring rental apartment properties as income-producing real estate.
