Nomura Real Estate Sells Two PMO Office Properties in Hatchobori and Akihabara

Nomura Real Estate sold two relatively new, mid-size high-grade office properties in its "PMO" series in March 2026. The properties are PMO Hatchobori V and PMO Akihabara III, and the buyer is N.PRO1 GK.
PMO Hatchobori V, completed in April 2023, is an 11-story building with a standard floor area of approximately 76 tsubo (approx. 2,700 sq. ft.), located along Shin-Ohashi-dori Avenue within a five-minute walk of Shintomicho and Hatchobori Stations.
