SQUEEZE and Daiichi Realtor to Open Apartment Hotel in Higashi-Shinagawa
SQUEEZE and Daiichi Realtor will open Minn Shinagawa East, an apartment hotel in Higashi-Shinagawa, Shinagawa Ward, Tokyo. The opening is scheduled for late November 2026. Daiichi Realtor is handling the development, while SQUEEZE is responsible for planning, systems and operations. It will be SQUEEZE's first hotel in Shinagawa Ward.
The property is an eight-minute walk from Tennozu Isle Station on the Tokyo Monorail and the Rinkai Line, with strong access from Haneda Airport. It will have 25 guest rooms ranging from 46 to 49 sq. m (approx. 500 to 530 sq. ft.). Every room accommodates up to eight guests, targeting families, groups and other multi-person stays.
SQUEEZE plans and operates hotels and provides lodging operations support built around suitebook, its digital transformation platform for accommodation facilities. Its Minn apartment hotel brand now spans 40 properties nationwide. The company has worked with Daiichi Realtor on Minn Nihonbashi, Minn Akihabara, Minn Ueno Shin-Okachimachi and Minn Kasai, and in July 2026 the two opened the 48-room Minn Namba-Nipponbashi (see related article: SQUEEZE To Open Apartment Hotel in Osaka's Nipponbashi).
SQUEEZE and Daiichi Realtor had signed a comprehensive business alliance agreement covering the development and operation of accommodation facilities on June 18 of the same year. Daiichi Realtor is a major shareholder of SQUEEZE, with a voting rights ratio of 11.48% as of June 4. The two companies aim to jointly develop about 30 properties over the next several years.
