Sun Frontier Fudousan Acquires Office Building in Iidabashi
Sun Frontier Fudousan Co., Ltd. acquired DNP Iidabashi Building, an office building in Iidabashi 2-chome, Chiyoda Ward, Tokyo, on April 24, 2026. The seller was DNP Logistics Co., Ltd., the logistics arm of the Dai Nippon Printing group, which had owned the property since its completion.
The property is located a five-minute walk from both "Kudanshita" Station and "Suidobashi" Station. Completed in 2004, it has seven floors above ground and one below, with a standard floor area of approximately 80 tsubo (approx. 2,800 sq. ft.). The building is currently entirely vacant and is being rented out for uses such as television drama and film shoots through January 2027.
Sun Frontier Fudousan operates a "replanning" business in which it acquires mid-sized office buildings with declining occupancy, improves their profitability through repositioning and tenant leasing, and then sells them.
