Ardepro sold TAG Kita-Shinsaibashi Building, a retail and office building in Bakuro-machi, Chuo Ward, Osaka, on July 31, 2026. The buyer was Taisei Kiko International, a company based in Umeda, Kita Ward, Osaka, that manufactures and sells water and sewage pipes and carries out related construction work. Ardepro had acquired the property in April 2026 from Tamaya Create, a real estate leasing company, making this a resale after approximately three months.
The property is located a five-minute walk from "Shinsaibashi" Station on the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line and Nagahori Tsurumi-ryokuchi Line and a six-minute walk from "Hommachi" Station, fronting the Shinsaibashi-suji shopping street.
