Japan Metropolitan Fund Investment Corporation announced on August 15, 2025, the sale of Aeon Mall Tsurumi Ryokuchi in Osaka City and pivo Izumi-Chuo in Izumi City, Osaka Prefecture.
Aeon Mall Tsurumi Ryokuchi, completed in November 2006, is located about a 10-minute walk from “Imafuku-Tsurumi” Station on the Osaka Metro Nagahori Tsurumi-ryokuchi Line. The property consists of a main building with 1 basement and 4 above-ground floors, and a multi-story parking structure with 1 basement and 7 above-ground floors. The gross floor area is approximately 41,908 tsubo (approx. 138,500 sq. m / 1.49 million sq. ft.).
