List Development, a consolidated subsidiary of List, acquired the office building Nakanishi Building in Sendagaya 5-chome, Shibuya Ward, on March 31, 2026. The property offers strong transit access, located a three-minute walk from Shinjuku-sanchome Station, a four-minute walk from Yoyogi Station, and a seven-minute walk from Shinjuku Station, providing access to multiple rail lines. It is also close to Shinjuku Gyoen.
