Fujita Acquires Office Building in Nishi-Shinbashi, Minato Ward, Tokyo
Fujita Corp. acquired Pleiade Toranomon Building, an office building with retail space in Nishi-Shinbashi 2-chome, Minato Ward, Tokyo, in April 2026. The seller was Tokyo Theatres Company, Incorporated, which operates movie theater exhibition and distribution, food and beverage, and real estate leasing businesses.
The property was completed in December 1999, is a 10-story building above ground, and has a standard floor area of approximately 30 tsubo (approx. 1,100 sq. ft.). It is located in the Nishi-Shinbashi area, a six-minute walk from “Toranomon Hills” Station on the Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line and an eight-minute walk from “Toranomon” Station on the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line.
Offices are concentrated in Nishi-Shinbashi, Minato Ward, where properties with a standard floor area of less than 50 tsubo account for more than half of the total.
