Eslead to Relocate Head Office to Grand Green Osaka, Tokyo Branch to Marunouchi Trust Tower North

Eslead Corporation will relocate its head office on September 28, 2026, from Fukushima Ward, Osaka City, to the 9th and 10th floors of Grand Green Osaka Park Tower in Kita Ward, Osaka City. On the same day, the company will also relocate its Tokyo branch to the 17th floor of Marunouchi Trust Tower North Building in Chiyoda Ward, Tokyo.

Grand Green Osaka Park Tower, the destination for the head office relocation, was completed in November 2024 and has a standard floor plate of approximately 1,256 tsubo (approx. 44,700 sq. ft.). The building is directly connected to JR Osaka Station. Eslead Corporation has had its head office in "Eslead Building Fukushima," its own building in Fukushima Ward, Osaka City, since 2009. The company has been expanding its business scale, with revenue for the fiscal year ended March 2026 rising 23.4% year on year to approximately JPY 116.9 billion. Through this relocation, the company will consolidate office space previously spread across four floors of its own building into two floors, aiming to strengthen coordination between departments and improve operational efficiency.

The Tokyo branch is relocating to accommodate business expansion and headcount growth.
