Jinushi Acquires Car Dealership Land in Fukuoka's Nishi Ward

Jinushi acquired the land under the MINI Fukuoka Nishi / MINI NEXT Fukuoka Nishi car dealership in Fukushige 3-chome, Nishi-ku, Fukuoka, on October 29, 2026. The seller was the WILLPLUS Group, which owns and operates the dealership, and the total acquisition cost, including expenses, was more than JPY 1 billion. In the transaction, carried out under Jinushi's JINUSHI Leaseback scheme, Jinushi acquired only the land and concluded a fixed-term land lease agreement with the WILLPLUS Group.

The property is located near the Fukushige Junction on the Fukuoka Expressway Loop Line, along a national highway lined with car dealerships, restaurants and other commercial tenants. The land area is approximately 776 tsubo (approx. 27,600 sq. ft.).

WILLPLUS Holdings is listed on the TSE Standard Market and operates an imported car dealership business and a used car export business, with 65 stores nationwide as of the end of August 2026. According to Jinushi, the WILLPLUS Group has been pursuing asset-light management without holding fixed assets in response to the TSE's call for management that is conscious of the cost of capital and stock price, and this is its sixth transaction with Jinushi.

JINUSHI Leaseback is a scheme in which Jinushi acquires only the land and concludes a fixed-term land lease agreement with the tenant company. The company has continued to make acquisitions under the scheme, announcing the acquisition of two land parcels in Chuo-ku, Sapporo, in February and March 2026, the land under a discount store in Miyazaki City, Miyazaki Prefecture, in June, and 14 land parcels under commercial tenants in seven prefectures, including Yamaguchi, in September.
