Es-Con To Open Hotel in Sapporo’s Susukino Area
Es-Con will open Randor Hotel Sapporo Heritage in Chuo Ward, Sapporo City, Hokkaido, on June 26, 2026. The hotel development project has been underway on the former site of KING∞XMHU, known as King Moo, a dance club in the Susukino area.
The building will have 14 floors above ground and 125 guest rooms. Room types designed for group stays of four to five people will account for 90% of the total, and all rooms will be equipped with kitchens and washing machines to accommodate extended stays. The top floor will include three premium rooms larger than 100 square meters (approx. 1,076 sq. ft.). The hotel is located a seven-minute walk south of Susukino Station, in an area with a concentration of restaurants and hotels. Operations will be handled by Satisfill, which operates the Randor Hotel series targeting guests seeking extended stays and group accommodations.
King Moo was known for its exterior and interior design, including a giant face motif reminiscent of ancient ruins. The hotel will partially carry over King Moo’s design elements, including placing a giant face object at the entrance and reusing interior materials from the former facility.
Es-Con has been pursuing hotel developments in major cities across Japan, with a current focus on projects in Hokkaido.
