Leadit Acquires Building Near Temmabashi Station
In December 2025, Sapporo-based real estate company Leadit acquired a building in Tenmabashi-Kyomachi, Chuo Ward, Osaka, from an individual owner.
Founded in 2019, Leadit is engaged in real estate acquisitions and sales, planning and development, and value-add/revitalization projects. While headquartered in Sapporo, the company also has bases in Tokyo, Osaka and Okinawa, and is pursuing acquisitions across Japan.
The property is a four-story steel-frame building completed in 1975, with a gross floor area of about 96 tsubo (approx. 3,417 sq. ft.). It is in a prime location, a one-minute walk from Temmabashi Station on the Keihan Main Line and Osaka Metro Tanimachi Line. In the Tenmabashi and Kitahama area, a series of major redevelopment projects, including Yodoyabashi Gate Tower and Yodoyabashi Station One, is driving tenant consolidation into newly built large-scale buildings.
