MIRAI Corporation to Divest Tokyo College Property for JPY 4.3 Billion

MIRAI Corporation has announced the sale of the trust beneficiary interest in the Tokyo Health Care University (Tokyo Eisei Gakuen College). The transfer is scheduled for October 17, with a planned disposition price of JPY 4.3 billion.　

The property is a seven-story educational facility completed in 1986, with a gross floor area of approximately 1,277 tsubo (approx. 42,200 sq. ft.). It is located a five-minute walk from JR Keihin-Tohoku Line’s Omori Station and a 15-minute walk from Keikyu Main Line’s Omorikaigan Station.

The sales contract is subject to cancellation if the current tenant exercises its preferential negotiation rights for the purchase.
