GLOBALTREE GROUP Relocates Headquarters to Toranomon Hills Mori Tower

GLOBALTREE GROUP will relocate its headquarters from THE Waves Higashi-Kanda to Toranomon Hills Mori Tower, commencing operations at the new location on January 5, 2026.

The new headquarters, Toranomon Hills Mori Tower, is a major mixed-use skyscraper directly connected to Tokyo Metro’s Hibiya Line Toranomon Hills Station and Ginza Line Toranomon Station. The building rises 52 stories above ground with 5 basement levels and offers a Gross Floor Area of approx. 74,000 tsubo (approx. 244,000 sq. ft.).

GLOBALTREE GROUP comprises multiple operating companies—including Happy Life Care, Happy Holdings, Ariacare, Globa, and Global Farm—and provides support services tailored to all life stages from children to seniors. Its business spans child development support, after-school day services, employment transition and employment continuation support, group home assistance, home-visit nursing and caregiving, and counseling services. The group now operates approximately 300 locations nationwide and serves around 10,000 users, strengthening its position as a comprehensive service provider in the welfare sector.

The relocation is intended to accommodate a growing workforce and evolving work styles by creating an office environment featuring free-address seating, a cafeteria, and multipurpose spaces designed to promote cross-department collaboration.
