“S-GATE Hakata Ekihigashi,” developed by Sankei Building Co., Ltd., was completed on Jan. 30, 2026. The property is located in 3-chome, Hakata Ekihigashi, Hakata Ward, Fukuoka City, about a 9-minute walk from JR Hakata Station. The mid-size office building has eight floors above ground and a Gross Floor Area of approximately 2,026 tsubo (approx. 72,091 sq. ft.), and it has obtained ZEB Ready certification as an environmentally conscious asset.
