“S-GATE Hakata Ekihigashi,” developed by Sankei Building Co., Ltd., was completed on Jan. 30, 2026. The property is located in 3-chome, Hakata Ekihigashi, Hakata Ward, Fukuoka City, about a 9-minute walk from JR Hakata Station.
