SANKEI Building Completes “SANKEILOGI Kobe Kita,” Its First Logistics Facility Under the Brand in Hyogo Prefecture

SANKEI Building has completed construction of SANKEILOGI Kobe Kita, the company’s first logistics facility under the SANKEILOGI brand in Hyogo Prefecture.
The property is within walking distance of Dojo-Minami Station on the Kobe Electric Railway Sanda Line, and also accessible by bus from JR Sanda Station. Several expressway interchanges—including the Chugoku Expressway, Sanyo Expressway, and Rokko-Kita Toll Road—are located within roughly 5 kilometers. The site is approximately 4.5 kilometers from Nishinomiya-Kita IC, a major logistics hub interchange, offering strong connectivity for regional and long-haul distribution.
The facility is a four-story, steel-frame dry warehouse totaling approx. 6,620 tsubo (approx. 218,000 sq. ft.) of Gross Floor Area, with clear heights of 5.5 meters and a floor load capacity of 1.5 tons per square meter. Features include 20 truck berths for 10-ton vehicles, five truck waiting spaces, two freight elevators, and two vertical conveyors—specifications designed to enhance cargo-handling efficiency and circulation planning.
A rooftop solar power system has been installed, alongside LED lighting and high-insulation sandwich panels to reduce environmental impact. The facility has achieved a BELS 6-star rating and incorporates a wood-accented entrance hall to support both sustainability and a comfortable work environment.
SANKEI Building continues to expand its SANKEILOGI logistics brand, and this new facility serves as a key node for capturing growing logistics demand in the northern Kansai region.
