NTT Urban Development started first-round sales for the first phase of Wellith Tower Hirakata Kuzuha, a new condominium project it is developing in Hirakata City, Osaka Prefecture, with Hankyu Hanshin Properties and Sumitomo Corp., on May 22, 2026. The offering includes 110 units ranging from the 44-square-meter range (approx. 474 sq. ft.) to the 158-square-meter range (approx. 1,701 sq. ft.), with layouts from 1LDK to 4LDK.

The property is a 43-story seismically isolated condominium tower with 542 units. At the base of the building, the developers will provide Green Forest, a publicly accessible open space of more than 4,000 square meters (approx. 43,100 sq. ft.), as well as 12 shared amenity spaces. It will be the first condominium tower of 30 stories or more supplied in Hirakata City in 24 years. Completion is scheduled for October 2028, with deliveries planned for March 2029.
