Mitsui & Co. Urban Development completed LOGIBASE Toyota, a multitenant logistics facility it had been developing in Toyota City, Aichi Prefecture, in May 2026. The project is the company’s second logistics facility development in Aichi Prefecture, following LOGIBASE Ichinomiya.
The facility has three floors above ground and a Gross Floor Area of approximately 5,573 tsubo (approx. 198,300 sq. ft.). It is located in Mifunecho, Toyota City, about 0.5 kilometer from the Nishi-Hirose interchange on the Sanage Green Road, in an area dotted with Toyota Motor production bases and related factories. Designed for parts and product transportation as well as heavy goods storage, the facility features specifications such as a low-floor design and a first-floor floor load capacity of 2.0 tons per square meter. It can accommodate multitenant use through demising of space, as well as single-tenant occupancy of the entire building. The company is currently seeking tenants.
