Jalko Acquires Two Amusement Facilities in Tokyo and Saitama for JPY 3.26 Billion

Jalko Co. announced it has acquired two amusement facilities located in Hachioji, Tokyo, and Kamisato, Kodama District, Saitama Prefecture, for JPY 1,500 million and JPY 1,762 million, respectively. The properties are scheduled to be handed over on December 23.

The Hachioji property has a gross floor area of approximately 3,201 tsubo (approx. 105,900 sq. ft.), while the Kamisato property offers approximately 1,044 tsubo (approx. 34,500 sq. ft.) of gross floor area.
