FPG Acquires Additional Floors in Kyobashi Trust Tower for Premium Asset Series Product

FPG acquired the 13th and 14th floor office space in Kyobashi Trust Tower in Chuo-ku, Tokyo on November 13. The asset will be used as the underlying real estate for structuring a small-lot real estate product under the company’s “Premium Asset Series.” This follows the company’s acquisition in December 2024 of the entire 12th floor in the same building for a similar product, which was fully subscribed within one year.

The target asset consists of office floors in a large-scale mixed-use building fronting Chuo-dori, a one-minute walk from Kyobashi Station on the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line and a four-minute walk from Tokyo Station (JR lines and Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line, Yaesu South Exit). The building rises 21 stories above ground with three basement levels, and both the 13th and 14th floors offer efficient, column-free rectangular floor plates. The gross floor area for the two floors totals approximately 973 tsubo (approx. 34,600 sq. ft.).

In addition to its high seismic performance, the building is equipped with emergency generators capable of supplying power for about one week during an extended outage, and has received the top “AAA” rating under the Tokyo Metropolitan Government’s Energy Efficiency Performance Certificate program, demonstrating strong disaster resilience and environmental performance.
