Kasumigaseki Capital Launches Hotel Development in Ginza
Kasumigaseki Capital Co., Ltd. has commenced a hotel development project in Tokyo’s Chuo Ward, Ginza. On August 25, the company sold its development site to an undisclosed buyer and was appointed as project manager for the “Ginza 8 Hotel Project.” Neither the buyer nor the sale price has been disclosed.
The project will feature a 12-story building with one basement level, comprising 28 guestrooms and a gross floor area of 2,437.42 square meters (approx. 26,240 sq. ft.). Construction is scheduled to begin in December 2025, with completion slated for July 2028 and opening in November of the same year. Asset management will be handled by Kasumigaseki Asset Management, a subsidiary of Kasumigaseki Capital.
