Nippon Building Fund Inc. (NBF) acquired an additional co-ownership interest of approximately 1.11% in “Nishi-Shinjuku Mitsui Building” on April 28, 2026, for JPY 246 million. NBF already held an approximately 87.16% interest in the property, and its ownership interest after the acquisition will be approximately 88.27%.
