Carecon Consolidates Office Into Group Headquarters in Shibuya Ward

Carecon, a group company of TWOSTONE&Sons, has relocated its office to “Shibuya Higashiguchi Building” (2-22-3 Shibuya, Shibuya Ward, Tokyo), where the TWOSTONE&Sons group headquarters is located. Operations will begin there on April 27. The office consolidation comes approximately one year and seven months after Carecon joined the group in September 2024.

TWOSTONE&Sons is an engineer platform company that has positioned M&A as a growth driver and achieved revenue growth for 11 consecutive fiscal years as of the fiscal year ended August 2024. Following Carecon’s entry into the group in September 2024, the company also made SES company FAM a subsidiary in December 2025, expanding the group to more than 12 companies. Its core matching service for freelance engineers, “Midworks,” has a registered engineer base of more than 60,000. Carecon provides contract development, engineer training and matching services for companies, and is seen as complementing the group’s talent development function. By consolidating the office into the group headquarters, the company will advance integrated operations for talent development and business collaboration within the group.

“Shibuya Higashiguchi Building” is located a three-minute walk from Shibuya Station. Completed in October 1980, the steel-reinforced concrete building has 11 above-ground floors and three basement levels, with a Gross Floor Area of approximately 5,154 tsubo (approx. 183,476 sq. ft.).
