SOHGO HOUSING to Relocate Headquarters to Toranomon Alcea Tower

SOHGO HOUSING Co., Ltd. will relocate its headquarters to the 23rd floor of Toranomon Alcea Tower in Toranomon 2-chome, Minato-ku, Tokyo, on July 27, 2026. The company's current headquarters is located on the 12th floor of Art Village Osaki Central Tower in Osaki 1-chome, Shinagawa-ku, and the move is part of a broader consolidation of bases by the Daiichi Life Marubeni Real Estate (DMRE) Group.

Toranomon Alcea Tower, the relocation destination, is a large-scale mixed-use building completed in February 2025 with a typical floor plate of approximately 1,054 tsubo. It offers direct deck-level access to Toranomon Hills Station on the Hibiya Line and is a three-minute walk from Toranomon Station on the Ginza Line. SOHGO HOUSING is a comprehensive real estate company within the Daiichi Life Marubeni Real Estate (DMRE) Group. Between February and March 2026, DMRE Group companies—including Daiichi Life Marubeni Real Estate itself and several other group companies—consolidated their offices onto the 22nd and 23rd floors of the same building. The move is intended to strengthen collaboration among group companies and reinforce their business promotion framework in central Tokyo.
