SB C&S to Relocate Headquarters to BLUE FRONT SHIBAURA TOWER S

SB C&S, a wholly owned subsidiary of SoftBank, announced on September 14, 2026, that it will relocate its headquarters to BLUE FRONT SHIBAURA TOWER S in Shibaura 1-chome, Minato Ward, Tokyo. The move takes place on October 13, and the company will begin operating from the new office that day.
The destination is the first building in BLUE FRONT SHIBAURA, a project being advanced by Nomura Real Estate and East Japan Railway, and was completed on February 28, 2025. The office floors have a typical floor plate of approximately 1,500 tsubo (approx. 53,400 sq. ft.), and eight companies in the Nomura Real Estate Group, the project sponsor, have moved their headquarters there since August 2025.
The company is moving out of Tokyo Port City Takeshiba Office Tower in Kaigan 1-chome, Minato Ward. Developed by Tokyu Land Corporation and Kajima Corporation and completed in 2020, the building rises 40 stories with two basement levels. It is also the building where parent company SoftBank has its headquarters.
SB C&S manufactures, distributes and sells IT-related products and provides IT-related services, with 2,263 employees. SoftBank also plans to open a new office in BLUE FRONT SHIBAURA TOWER S in the autumn of 2026; the company frames that move not as a relocation from Takeshiba but as an expansion tied to rising office attendance.
