JA Mitsui Leasing Acquires Hotel in Osaka’s Chuo Ward

JA Mitsui Leasing announced on August 22 that it has acquired the Cinnamon Hotel in Osaka’s Chuo Ward from Pleasures Corporation. The transaction price was not disclosed.

The property is located a one-minute walk from both Nihonbashi Station on the Osaka Metro Sennichimae and Sakaisuji lines and Kintetsu-Nippombashi Station on the Kintetsu Namba Line. Completed in 2019, the nine-story hotel has a gross floor area of 2,280.78 square meters (approx. 24,550 sq. ft.).
