NTT Urban Development Completes “owns Hatchobori” Compact Office

NTT Urban Development announced on July 10 the completion of “owns Hatchobori,” the fourth property in its compact office brand “owns.” Located along Shinohashi-dori Avenue, just a one-minute walk from JR Keiyo Line and Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line Hatchobori Station, the building has achieved ZEB Ready certification and a BELS ★5 rating for energy efficiency.

The property is a steel-structure, 12-story office building with a gross floor area of approximately 1,259 tsubo (approx. 41,600 sq. ft.) and a typical floor plate of about 101 tsubo (approx. 3,340 sq. ft.). Designed as a fully fitted setup, each floor features meeting rooms, inner terraces, and private terraces, while a rooftop terrace and first-floor retail space create multi-layered communication flow throughout the building.

Launched in 2024, the “owns” series focuses on flexible, cost-efficient office expansion by enabling tenants to share meeting rooms and lounges across multiple locations via a cross-location booking system. Tenants also benefit from facial recognition security and a mobile app-based facility management system shared among all properties in the series.
