Orix Real Estate Completes Multi-Tenant Logistics Facility “Takatsuki Logistics Center”

In July 2025, Orix Real Estate announced the completion of its multi-tenant logistics facility, Takatsuki Logistics Center. The property is located approximately 7 km from both the Meishin and Shin-Meishin Expressway interchanges and about 2.1 km from Hankyu Kyoto Line’s Takatsuki-shi Station, offering excellent accessibility for both wide-area distribution and urban proximity.

The facility features four stories with a Gross Floor Area of approximately 19,136 tsubo (approx. 63,300 sq. ft.). Slopes provide direct truck access to the 1st and 3rd floors, allowing up to 83 10-ton trucks to dock simultaneously. The effective ceiling height is over 5.5 meters, and the space can be flexibly divided into as many as six tenant units, with a minimum leasable area of approximately 2,500 tsubo.

Amenities include a 107-seat cafeteria and a separate building with a driver’s lounge equipped with shower booths. The facility incorporates seismic isolation systems and emergency power generators, while 100% of its electricity is supplied from renewable energy sources through rooftop solar panels and non-fossil certificates. The property has also obtained ZEB certification.

Orix Group has developed 52 logistics properties primarily in the Tokyo, Nagoya, and Osaka metropolitan areas. The company plans to utilize this facility as a key wide-area distribution hub in the Kansai region, further expanding its environmentally conscious logistics platform.
