Mitsui & Co. Real Estate Ltd. announced the completion of “LOGIBASE Okayama Hayashima,” a logistics facility developed in Hayashima, Tsukubo District, Okayama Prefecture. The completion ceremony was held on October 29, 2025, and the building was delivered on October 31.
The property sits approximately 3.0 km from the Hayashima Interchange on the Sanyo Expressway and is envisioned as a regional distribution hub serving western Japan. It is about 2.5 km from JR Sanyo Main Line Nakasho Station. The site area is approximately 2,840 tsubo (approx. 101,100 sq. ft.), and the steel-framed, four-story facility provides a Gross Floor Area of about 5,638 tsubo (approx. 200,600 sq. ft.). Design and construction were handled by Daiwa House Industry Co., Ltd.
