Columbia Works acquired CUESTA Takanawa, a rental apartment property in Takanawa 1-chome, Minato Ward, Tokyo, in March 2026. Before the acquisition, the property was held in trust with First Trust Co., Ltd. as trustee and Kukkula Co., Ltd. as trustor, while the trust beneficiary interests were held by multiple corporations and individuals.
