Daiwa House REIT Investment Corporation announced that it will acquire the trust beneficiary interest in Daiwa Roynet Hotel Nishi-Shinjuku for JPY 10,174 million. The acquisition is scheduled for November 4, with Fuyo General Lease Co., Ltd. as the seller.

The property is a 14-story (with one basement level) hotel located about a five-minute walk from Nishi-Shinjuku Station on the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line. Completed in December 2018, the hotel offers 280 guest rooms and has a gross floor area of 11,384.66 square meters (approx. 122,500 sq. ft.).
