Samurai Capital Acquires Two Apartment Hotels and Two Residential Properties in Greater Tokyo Area

Samurai Capital announced in June 2025 that it has acquired a total of four income-generating assets—two apartment hotels located in Tokyo’s Chiyoda and Taito wards, and two rental residential properties in Tokyo’s Nerima Ward and Yokohama City—via a fund it sponsors. The total transaction value exceeds JPY 5 billion. This marks the second initiative under its strategic partnership with Lead Real Estate, which was formalized in May 2024.

The apartment hotel ENT TERRACE AKIHABARA is located in Sotokanda, Chiyoda Ward, a 3-minute walk from Suehirocho Station on the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line. Each floor of the building comprises a single unit of approximately 40㎡ (approx. 430 sq. ft.), equipped with a dining kitchen, catering to both business and leisure travelers seeking medium- to long-term stays.

The second hotel, ENT TERRACE ASAKUSA, is situated in Kotobuki 2-chome, Taito Ward, near the popular tourist landmarks Sensoji Temple and Kaminarimon Gate. With foreign visitors returning in strong numbers, the property is strategically positioned to capture inbound demand.

Alongside this transaction, Samurai Capital and Lead Real Estate also signed a memorandum granting Samurai priority negotiation rights for three additional apartment hotel assets. The two firms signaled their intention to actively co-acquire urban stock properties, taking advantage of the rebound in inbound tourism and inflationary tailwinds. The partnership aims to secure stable long-term returns while generating social impact in line with ESG principles.
