Heiwa Real Estate announced on June 30 the completion of Caption by Hyatt Kabutocho Tokyo, positioned as the flagship of the Kabutocho-Kayabacho revitalization initiative. The hotel is scheduled to open on October 7. Featuring 195 guest rooms, the property was selected for Japan’s Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism’s Sustainable Building Pilot Project due to its highly regarded timber-hybrid structure and has also earned a 4-Star DBJ Green Building Certification.

Located just a one-minute walk from Kayabacho Station and two minutes from Nihombashi Station, the hotel integrates its reception with dining and event functions at its central Talk Shop lounge, serving as a hub for interaction between visitors and the local community.

Heiwa Real Estate has been accelerating collaborations with international brands since opening the HOTEL K5 micro-complex (20 rooms) in 2020. Under its medium-term business plan “WAY 2040 Stage 1,” the company positions the hotel business as a key growth driver, aiming to enhance capital efficiency through stable rental income, capital recycling, and new business ventures.
