Nippon Steel Kowa Real Estate Breaks Ground on Second LOGIFRONT Facility in Nagoya Region
Nippon Steel Kowa Real Estate has commenced construction on “(Tentative Name) LOGIFRONT Nagoya Moriyama,” the second project in its LOGIFRONT logistics facility series in the Chubu region. Completion is slated for January 2027.
The site is located about 5 kilometers from the “Kachigawa” interchange on the Nagoya Expressway No. 2 Ring Road. The property will be a four-story box-type facility with a gross floor area of approximately 11,337 tsubo (approx. 374,800 sq. ft.). The first floor will feature double-sided truck berths, and each floor can be divided into up to four sections to provide leasing flexibility.
On the environmental front, the project will utilize Nippon Steel’s green steel “NSCarbolex® Neutral” and its building solution “ProStruct®” to reduce CO₂ emissions from manufacturing through construction.
